PHASE REPORT (II)

On January 7, 2022, our company received the first round of guidance from Mr. He Hongqi, a senior consultant of VMTA for "5S" lean on-site management. All departments and teams of our company responded positively, organized and promoted the detailed implementation of "5S" lean on-site management, and achieved preliminary results after the first round of guidance.

Due to the impact of the recent epidemic prevention and control measures, the planned second round of on-site factory counseling plan of VMTA has been postponed again and again. Although the "5S" tutor can not come to the site on schedule, the "5S" rectification work in the factory and workshop of SHIPE is actively promoted by the "5S" implementation committee of Mr.Chen (GM), and has been on the road. Promoting our company's "5S" lean on-site management is a major event of our company's task in 2022. Through the active efforts and full cooperation of all departments, teams and positions, it has formed one of the normal management and operation mechanisms of SHIPE.

Each area of the workshop is divided and the identification card is uniformly landed.

Workshop management Kanban promote point to an area, and our company's rules and regulations, publicity documents, production tasks and project promotion plans are continuously updated and synchronized shared online and offline, and the visual management is gradually realized.

The classification and effective identification of each module material in hardware warehouse makes it clear at a glance, it effectively improves the convenience of searching and registering materials, and sets an example for the rectification of other warehouses.

In the past month, Mr.Chen (GM) has led SHIPE team members to carry out inspections of plant, workshop and equipment of factory for many times, giving team members clearer rectification measures and work direction. The staff of each team punched in the crowd of the company was very lively, and the workshop equipment inspection and maintenance work had a remarkable effect in the daily drip.

Dingtalk APP`s online "Benefit sport" activity has been launched since April and SHIPE team has already accumulated a lot of public welfare energy by it.

Plant greening and garden maintenance add a touch of green for SHIPE, spring is everywhere.

Even the power distribution room, which has been "neglected" , has taken on a new look.

The neat and clean working environment is full of positive voices for a better life. Factory area, workshop environment needs joint maintenance.
